FAQ

1. Can I choose specific delivery timing?

    Customers will adhere to our delivery schedule. We are not able to entertain specific time request of delivery (e.g. deliver before 3pm / at 3pm) and will only deliver the order as stated in the respective timeslot chosen. Delays are subjected to approval from the platform and if it is not possible delay, customer will be requested to cancel / arrange for someone to be at home.  If delivery fails due to customer’s absence / not collecting the item, customers will have to pay Snow Treasures a fee before they can either arrange another delivery order or to cancel the order entirely.

    2. Can I have additional cooler bag?

    We cannot fulfill any specific request of number cooler bags.

    3. Can I have specific cuts / specific part of products?

    Our products are under mass production, we are unable to choose the specific cuts/parts for you.

    4. Can I change delivery address or delivery date?

    For any request of change of address or delivery date or delivery time slot, kindly let us know at least 1 day before the chosen delivery date for us to make any changes or it will be counted as last minute changes. Any last-minute changes will not be entertained.

    5. I received damaged, or wrong item, what should I do?

    Any issues with regards to our items including defect / wrong item must be done within 2 working days upon receipt of the goods for any processing of return / refund. Kindly send the details including photos to lamkee_ecom@lamkeeseafood.com. Snow Treasures reserve the right to reject any claims if it is done after the said duration.

    6. What do I need for self-collection verification?

    Kindly inform us your Order number upon collection.  

    7.Can I choose/change free items?

    From time-to-time Snow Treasures might give free products as a promotion. All free products are on a while stocks last basis. Customer is not allowed to choose what free items we give.

    8. Can I combine orders for free delivery?

    We are unable to combine orders for free delivery. Parcels will be sent as based on system arrangement.

    9. Can I add on new item?

    Once order is made, no amendment or add-on is allowed. Customer is required to cancel and re-order.

    10. Can I change shipping method?

    Once shipping method is selected, customers are not allowed to change. Only can cancel & reorder.
